IRRIG8-online

IRRIG8-Online is a series of online calculators covering different system types. There are Quick Test Calibration calculators designed primarily for farmers and growers, and more comprehensive Evaluation calculators which are designed for professional Performance Assessors. You can use either.

These calculators are available via the LandWISE website and are based on the Irrigation New Zealand Performance Assessment Code of Practice. They calculate the measured applied depth and application uniformity, application rate and report other results. More systems are being added. There’s a special calculator to analyse pressure and energy.

Note: these calculators work in your browser and do not collect or store any data, so your information is yours, and yours alone.

When you close or refresh the calculator in your browser, your data is deleted. We see this as a feature, not a bug!

  • There are “Save Session” files with all your data entries that you can download and save yourself. You can automatically upload these again to refill the fields, edit and redo your assessment.
  • Before you leave, make sure you download any reports, charts or results files you want!
